


Maximum Fitness was founded in 1995 by Chris Miller, Certified Fitness Professional. Chris has extensive experience in lifestyle coaching and training.
Training is tailored to your particular needs, abilities and goals.
Maximum Fitness is personally involved with and invested in the health and fitness of their clients. Chris makes the training fun and rewarding and expresses how important it is to be fit and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

I acquired my motivation for the fitness industry when I was in 8th grade. I was an over weight child growing up, and was lazy and not interested in exercising. I considered myself to be de-conditioned, angry, lacked motivation, and possessed zero energy. I started lifting weights in 8th grade, and decided to change the way I look and feel.
Through exercise and a healthy diet, I transformed myself into a healthier person. I’m full of energy, enthusiastic, positive, and optimistic about life. I have since made a commitment to myself, as well as everyone that we work with as a client, volunteer, or inspirational role model; that we shall put forth 100% effort into helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
