Get Lean Program
The beauty of the Get Lean Plan is that:
IT’s NOT A DIET
its flexible and easy to follow, and it helps you to make healthy food choices six days a week and still allows you to eat your favorite foods in moderation one day a week.

Think of it like this: Can you be disciplined six out of seven days knowing that you don’t have to cut out certain foods permanently? Seems easy enough, right? Well, that’s all this program really is. You eat clean most of the time. Then on your cheat day, you eat the foods you’ve been craving.
Here's a list of foods to help guide you in making healthy food choices. You’ll notice that, in general, the amount of highly refined unprocessed / high-glycemic carbohydrates and saturated fats are limited. Choose these foods six out of every seven days.
Protein
- Fish (salmon, tuna, etc. — sashimi or raw fish are great)
- Eggs (mostly egg whites, but 3-4 whole eggs a week is fine)
- Skinless chicken breast
- Tuna
- Milk protein (Whey protein)
- Soy protein
- Skim milk
- Lean cuts of beef
Carbohydrates
- Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, etc.)
- Dry beans
- Old-fashioned, non-instant cooked oatmeal
- Brown rice
- Yams, sweet potatoes
- High fiber fruits (cherries, peaches, pears, apples, etc.)
- Whole-grain breads
