Training

Sports Specific Training:
Maximum Fitness's training program provides a workout regimen to maximize playing speed and performance for any sport at any level. Uniquely designed to maximize young abilities, and minimize injuries in athletics. Each program is geared to improving all aspects of performance to help reach your highest goals through functional, agility, speed, and technique training.

Group Training:
Maximum Fitness will work with small groups of clients to maximize your fitness goals. Working with a group of friends, will provide you with added motivation to achieve your fitness goals. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional services, which will enable the client to meet his/her needs.
Boot Camp Classes:
Maximum Fitness’s boot camp is designed to show results for everyone! We specialize in working with clients, of all fitness levels. Our motto is, “you don’t have to feel pain, to feel good”. Our boot camps are outside all year round, and our programs change every session.  We combine kalestenics, agility, plyometrics, and other fun exercises; that will make you want to come back the following day.
Mature Adult Fitness Training:
Maximum Fitness has over 10 years of experience working with the mature adult population throughout Maryland. We will design a program
for each client, or class; that will prove beneficial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We will combine strength training, light cardio, and stretching techniques; that will benefit the overall health and fitness of everyone.


Personal Training:
Maximum Fitness provides high quality one on one personal training at a private studio in Columbia, Maryland. We are also available to come to the client’s home for services. We believe that one on one attention and focus are important in reaching individuals fitness goals. We provide a comfortable atmosphere, and equipment, that will provide you with a great workout.

Mon, Wed, Fri-6am-7am,
starting Monday April 20th
Free Bootcamp Trial class- 9am
Saturday- April 25th
